     Hey everyone. This is yet another assignment blog for this quarter. So the assignment was we had to pick out 10 items that are important to you that would help a leader become successful. So for the first round of items, I chose a notebook, music, and a book. Then at the end of class Mr. Ing said to "think outside the box." So I had my items ready... except I was sick and couldn't go to the next meeting. When I came back to classes my items were a flashlight, pencil, keychain, and an eraser. Normal, everyday items right? Except my reasons for them were outside of the box. A flashlight, to guide the way when a leader gets lost. A pencil, to determine a leader's path for themselves. A keychain, so a leader has access to everything they need. And an eraser, to erase the mistakes the leader makes along the way. Then the next meeting for this assignment we shared our masterlist. The masterlist is basically the items in your period that got the most votes. One of my items which was the flashlight got on the masterlist:). That's pretty much the timeline for this assignment lol.

    A highlight for this assignment is getting to choose interesting items. Another highlight is getting to see other people's creative items. It was really interesting to see how everyone use their perspective on items. I had no lowlight on this assignment except missing a day to share😭😭.

    My lesson learned for this assignment is to think outside of the box. Don't be the boring person in the corner doing boring stuff. Stand out and be creative! There's no shame in thinking outside of the box.

    Something that I don't have from the masterlist would be sunglasses, to block out the haters. I would choose this item because throughout life, there will ALWAYS be haters out there. It can be very hurtful and discouraging and would drag you down. Sunglasses would help me look past the haters and be myself without a care :).
