This week was a short week because Monday was PC day, so the only days we had school were Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Also, this entire week Period 5 had the job I.D. Tuesday, we had to go to different classrooms because Mr. Ing was in the hospital and Ms. Shayna was in a meeting. I went to Mrs. Piho's classroom that day. Wednesday, we had a normal school day, but after the last bell of the day rang, we had our Committee Meetings. My committee was Wellness. We talked about how we were no longer in charge of PC day. We also talked about activities we could do through out the school year. For example this quarter we might make paper windmills that have traits written on them. And at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, we might do yoga, which the purpose would be getting relaxed after your pleasant break over the holidays. Thursday, we finished our Magic Note Folders. How they work is each week we write notes to each member of Leadership. Also that day, I helped 2 new students with a short tour of our school and their new classrooms. And lastly Friday, we had a normal school day, except we were excited for the weekend!
My highlights this week is helping out the 2 new students, because I never did a tour for someone else before. My lowlight this week was being in the leadership classroom because it was so, so, so freezing, because the AC was really cold!! Thankfully Friday, I finally brought a jacket.
My lesson this week is to put your best effort in everything you do and give it your all!! I learned that from Ms. Mazzeo. (I call her Ms. Mazz)
