Heyo bloggers!!! Yep, I just said that....... Anyhoo, this week was super short for us because of Thanksgiving Break. We only had Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. (BTW, sorry if this blog is short cause' our week was short...) OK, summary time! Monday, I had a Band rehearsal. Kinda of a BLAH day.....Anyhoo, On Tuesday, I made my Turkey Trot Headband. That was pretty much it.... And lastly, on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, was the Turkey Trot! Ok, I got so many things I gotta say about dat day Im gonna start from the beginning. When I woke up that morning, I thought that we were supposed to wear our Yellow Tees', but I was wrong... When I got into the classroom, the girls just kept staring at me, until finally, Angel told me we were not supposed to wear them. So, Savonnah let me use her phone to call my mom because my phone was not with me. And then my mom dropped my shirt of and then I changed into it. Ok, after dat, during our period, Savonnah showed me how to use the cameras because I was in charge of the Intramurals page for the Yearbook and I had to take pictures for the Turkey Trot. After that I started typing some words on the Yearbook on my pages. Then, After I left early from my period 1, which was Science, I started getting ready for the Turkey Trot. Now that we covered all of dat, Here is what happened on the ACTUAL Turkey Trot... OK, first the 7th grade walked. During that time people were walking really fast and I had to run ahead of the group every time I needed to take a picture, even though I kept falling back at the end, so basically I had to sprint... And It was even more harder because the type of camera I had was a Double-lens or something, but what ever its called, I had to back up really far away because it always looked so zoomed in, meaning I had to be at the front. And it was also really hard to focus the camera to take a photo because they are all walking. UGHHHHH. Excuse me, I needed to let a breath out..... Anyhoo, during the 8th grade walk, some of the students were really weird, and kept doing things that I wouldn't really like to type..... And they kept hiding their faces and covering their face for a picture. But I got some good ones when they weren't looking😏...... Anyhoo, I ended the day off with math....And thats it. Kinda a lotta stuff for such a short week... *relieved sigh
Ok. now that we finished our summary, lets start with the lowlights, to get those oughtta da way!
Lowlights:
- getting kinda embarrassed by wearing a turkey hat thingy...
- being tired while at school (I always am..)
- nothing really more dow...
Highlights:
- it being a short week
- getting some of the yearbook done
- Turkey Trot(some of it)
Ok, finally for da lesson. I learned in dis short week that even if there are distractions, keep doing your job or purpose. I learned this during the Turkey Trot, but this is just in general. Maybe when you get to college, and you are trying your best to get your dream job, but people around you are saying You can't do it! Give up already! But in order to have succus, you can't listen to them, no matter what.
Okey dokey! That's all folks! Sorry about the pictures I couldn't get any and it was such a short week. We also don't have magic notes because of dat too. Anyhoo, if you are reading this and it's Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving🦃!! If not, I hope you had a good one!!! Bye!!!!!!
