Lockdown Blog #3

This week was another rollercoaster all right. Monday, I did some school work. I also made chocolate covered strawberries and cookies. I don't know why but staying locked up inside made me wanna cook more.. Tuesday, I finished all the school tasks(to get them done with) I also read some of Dune. Wednesday, we did a hike with neighbors and my friend Micah. It was a blast but there were so many bugs! Thursday, I called my Dad. I learned a good thing and a bad thing. Good thing: I get to visit my Dad on May 15th!(Maybe) Bad thing: My Dad's brother(My uncle) got coronavirus(but another little good thing), but recovered. So mixed feelings, mixed feelings. Friday, I finished taking pics for the assignment. We also went on  hike. Oh, and the rollercoaster part: Can't say it exactly but there was stuff going on with my mom and stepdad. I think it had to do with me visiting my Dad... Well, thats the end of summary.

Lesson Learned:

I dont know if this is a lesson or not, but here it is. Sometimes we have to hang in there and wait until the end. Like to finish strong. For example, your in a race and its really hard and your almost out of breath. You can either quit or keep on going and feel confident. In times like these, sometimes we have to "Hang in there" and wait for this stuff to end.

Reflection of Picture Diary:
The Picture Diary assignment was a fun and easy experience for me. I just had to remember to document and take a picture of everything I did in the day. The assignment also encouraged me to do other activities to keep me busy. Like during the week, I did a lot of hiking, baking, reading, piano playing, and lots of other activities.
