So this week was a pretty normal, so-so week. Also remind me again to stay away from this years 7th grade boys. DO NOT get me started on that. This week was chill tbh. Monday I was doing music, attending classes, eating ok cafe food, and just feeling tired. Things are starting to get busy again in Leadership and its nice to see the 7th graders get excited about bridge and im excited for them too. Tuesday, I worked on the ala moana grass things. It was pretty easy but it took a lot of concentrating and hooking. My fingers thooo😭😭. And I also got switched back to group A, so now im going only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday, i did some online learning and slept the rest of the day. And Thursday, I missed my last class to spend the day with family who is in town because they are leaving soon. I also got a manicure ooh lala lol. And finally Friday I just lowkey chilled.
Highlights:
- Sleeping. Lowkey sleeping lol.
- Reading, i got into this new book so im excited
- Spending time with family in town
- Starting to get back on leadership things
- Going back to a group A schedule
Lowlights:
- Nothing much except being a lil tired. Good week overall ! :)
My lesson learned is to not overthink. As a lil bit crazy person, I overthink A LOT. So your not alone lol. Overthinking is ok, except when its constantly happening. Overthinking leads to worrying, worrying leads to distress, distress leads to headaches, headaches leads to tiredness, tiredness leads to no motivation, and no motivation leads to depression. Yeah, prolly be good to steer away from overthinking.
